Morumbi-Panamby

Located in the western part of the city, Morumbi is considered by Paulistanos as sophisticated and one of the wealthiest neighborhoods of Sao Paulo. It is one of the fastest growing areas of the city and has become very popular.

Panamby, next to Morumbi, is another lovely area that is incredibly popular because of its quiet atmosphere, green space, and its close proximity to downtownSao Paulo.

The Morumbi-Panamby area is the perfect place for business executives as it is close to the largest corporation buildings in Sao Paulo. For real estate investors, Morumbi-Panamby is considered a great investment, as it is growing at an important rate, new construction projects are booming and home appreciation is accelerating more than in any other area of the city.

For families, it is very attractive as it houses the city's famous Albert Einstein Hospital, the American school Graded School, the Colegio Visconde de Porto Seguro, as well as being full of parks and recreation. The two main parks, Alfredo Volpi and Burle Marx, provide plenty of green space of over 280,000 square meters. More specifically, Panamby is the greenest area of Sao Paulo and does not have any electric cables, as the entire infrastructure was built underground. It is predominantly residential, with condominium buildings and houses, but the area is close to supermarkets and shopping malls, such as Shopping Jardim Sul.

Morumbi is home of the state government mansion, Palacio dos Bandeirantes, as well as Morumbi Stadium, where the city's most important football games and huge concerts take place. A metro station for the future line 17 will be built soon, which will connect the Sao Judas Station to the Morumbi Stadium.
