Brooklin Novo

Identified as the city's new postcard image, Brooklin Novo is the most recent and fastest growing financial center in Sao Paulo. Opened in 2008, the Otavio Frias de Oliveira Bridge has already become an exceptional landmark of the city. With many luxury residential buildings and multi-national offices the neighborhood vibrates with energy and dynamism.

Global and local companies have moved their offices to the modern buildings in the area. Most of them are samples of the best Brazilian avant-garde architecture. Nestle, Nokia, Terra Networks, HP, Disney-ABC Television Group, HBO, and many other businesses are located in the area, as well as several luxury hotels like Hyatt, Hilton, and Sheraton.

Three of the citys best known Shopping Malls -Morumbi Shopping, Market Place and Shopping D&D- are located in Brooklin Novo as well as an endless number of restaurants, bars and stores that will easily cater to your every need. The area is also well known for its night life and social scene with a large number of bars and night clubs that make Brooklin Novo a happening place in the city.

At the heart of the region is Avenida Berrini with direct access to Marginal Pinheiros, Avenida Santo Amaro, Avenida Roberto Marinho, and Avenida dos Bandeirantes, giving the neighborhood an excellent accessibility. Public transportation is widely available thru 2 train stations -Berrini and Morumbi- and the EMTU express bus service, Corredor Diadema-Brooklin. A new Metro line under construction will also improve the areas transportation system.
